General
1) Do you offer commission/custom pieces?
Yes, I do. You can find all the info on my commission page. I would be happy to do a custom piece for you :)
2) What mediums do you use?
So far I use exclusively watercolor for my paintings.
My most used watercolors are all handmade by Alina Gallo. So I can ensure that the colors are to my standards and values.
For the paper, I use different kinds depending on what I want to paint but my most commonly used one is made by Fabriano and it is always 300gsm and 100% cotton watercolor paper.
Brushes are by Tintoretto and silver brush
3) How do I know you really donate to wildlife organisations?
I’m planning to post every second month a proof (receipt, brank transfer) on my social media channels and newsletter. So check them out if you want to stay on track with my wildlife donations :)
4) Do I get a freebie with my order?
I do like to surprise my customers with something whenever I can. So, chances are high you will find a little extra in your package
Originals
1) How long does it take to get my original?
The originals only need to get packed and are otherwise ready to be shipped. I should be able to send it within 1-2 days. For the delivery time please check the check-out when purchasing.
2) What courier do you use for shipping?
For now, I use Finnish Posti
3) How do you package and ship originals?
All my paintings will be shipped flat (to avoid any tear in the paper) in a cardboard envelope. The painting will be wrapped and sealed in a sleeve and another layer of baking sheet to give extra protection. Every shipment will be trackable and you will receive the tracking number as soon as the shipment is out.
Prints
1) How long does it take to get my print?
Please allow me 5-7 days to get in touch with my printing company and get your print done. After that I will send out your print as soon as possible :)

4) The color of my print looks off
While I try my very best to present my paintings and prints as close to the originals as possible the colors can change from display to display so there might be minor color and intensity differences.

Sonja Egger (artsy.jumble) owns all copyright to everything.
This includes Prints, Originals and Commissions. You may not copy, produce or re produce any items, digital or physical, of any artsy.jumble designs or works. You may not mint your artsy.jumble original painting into an NFT and resell, print and distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise.
Liability & Damages
All paintings and prints are packaged with the utmost care. All products are shipped insured, however if your item arrives damaged then please photograph the damaged package before it is opened or the courier will not cover the item and a refund cannot be given.
Refunds can not be given for any damages incurred after receipt of the item. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping and photographed.
Please open your art very carefully: Painting and prints are delicate and can dent or tear.
Majority of shipping companies will only insure Artwork for loss and not damages. All shippings include Tracked Shipping and these are insured for loss. If you would like shipping insurance for Damages as well, please get in touch for a quote as I would need to add this to the shipping costs.
I photograph all originals before sending therefore if you do not insure for damages and your piece DOES arrive damaged I can send you a print as a replacement.
Full refunds are not available because of this, if you haven’t chosen extra insurance. Cancellations are not accepted.
Post-Purchase fees
Items are made in and shipped from the Finland.
Please check your countries customs and fees before purchasing. Majority of countries do not charge import fees on Original Paintings (this includes commissions.). I try to mark each package as “Gift” to avoid import fee - but extra fees can still occur. Please check your country regulations in case you want to avoid this.
